Everybody's lonely sometimes. But basically I think Prince likes to lonely. He's very good at sending people away.

Trying to guess Prince's state of mind from his lyrics is a waste of time because it highly unlikely that ALL of his lyrics are autobiographical. Some may contains some elements based on his own experiences but most are just figments of his imagination.

You don't think that all the horror stories Stephen King wrote really happened to him, do you ?
