The Lovesexy Quija Board I can't help noticing blatant quija board references on Lovesexy.
The prominent use of NO and YES (which are on opposite sides of the album, like the board - in 'Eye No' and 'Positivity'). We have the blatant alphabet reference on ALPHABET STREET. Even the eye symbol was used on many quija boards, representing the third (psychic) eye. All the songs are on one track/one 'board'. What is Prince trying to say? I think that as Lovesexy is the 'good' album opposed to the Black Album, he is refering to communicating with God on this album and letting God guide you as opposed to evil or dead spirits communicating with you and guiding your hand. What do you think?

Fun theory, but has to be filed under 'too wacky' even for Prince. Plus it smacks of the 'play heavy metal records backwards to hear the devil' kinda cliche,
He was definately playing the duality card though of course, Black/White, good/bad, Camille/Spooky.
