I concur. the solo adds to the mood of the song. though the guitar solo from the original performance of Purple Rain is also worthy of such a mention: I prefer it over the P.R. album version. Man, it's hard supporting a college education and a music collection. Better drop out of college! | |

it's not the best or the most complicated one but i've always loved
the solo in "dolphin". it just sound beautiful, tight and straight to the point. i love everything about that song and that solo just adds the cherry on top. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Officially released?
Either 'Let's Go Crazy' , 'Peach', or 'One of Us' Boot: Too many to think of, but I've heard him tear 'Peach' up live, and 'Whole Lotta Love' or any of the recent solos. Hell, his RRHOF 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' was good too. | |
