Which version do you prefer? The album version of ''The Most Beautiful Girl in the World'' or the single version?
I think they are both nice, and it is not easy for me to say. I first thought the single version, but I cannot say for sure. I am interested to hear your replies. Thank you for your time. | |

I always felt the Mustang Mix should've been the original version instead. Never really felt the song. When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

Album version for sure. Still remember Chris Evans pointing out the ticking clock sound and going "isn't prince brilliant!? he dropped a ticking clock sound into the mix there!! fantastic!!!", like any depression-addled ginger radio presenter might like to point out before attempting to marry a future Doctor Who assistant. | |

I loved the single, but when I heard the pumped up version on TGE, I loved that one too.
However, I like the duet mix with him and Mayte, called "The Most Beautiful U In The World". Um...oh yeah, I did that mix. | |

I only like "Beautiful Girl" – 4:32 from the Get Wild CD-Single. It's the Eric Leads sax instrumental of it. Quite nice. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

I like the Gold Experience version better.
But the single version made a better single.  | |

I love the original single version = music video version,
I love the production, beautiful and "simple".. Mustang Mix is my second fave..... the album version on Gold sounds more like a live band version to me. It doesn't have the same nerve like the original. Imo.  Prince 4Ever. | |

I adore both crazily, but the single version is just the perfectly produced, clean "hit", so I'm gonna go with that one. | |
