Does anyone know what this is about, I know I could search for it but I am wanting to revisit it with my Prince family here, is it a biblical reference, an address, a date what does 3121 mean or is it all of the above?

From what we know it is an address. 3121 could be in reference 2 something Biblical although if I don't hear it from Prince's mouth I can only assume.

I think of "3121," as a traveling address...Wherever Prince and the Band go...That's where the Party Be!

Yes, the address. Yes the Biblical reference...but I think we'll never really know for sure. It makes for fun (albeit frustrating at times) speculation and guessing as to what he's really up to. For a while there, I half-expected him to announce he was changing his name to 3121. Prince likes to give us riddles, promises us answers forthcoming, and then gets bored and moves on to something else.
While we're on the topic, what does that symbol really mean anyway?

Pretty sure it's an address, but the numerology would be fascinating to Prince too.

The main residence he later rented did not have this address number but he 'gave' it the number as part of the promotion / publicity tie in with the album theme.

When the 3121 album launched, Prince held parties at his rented LA residence, and, for the purposes of publcity etc, the residence was referred to as being at 3121, even though it wasn't the actual address,

"Where the party at? It's in Psalms" or "Read Psalms" at the beginning of the song.
Something to that effect. I'm surprised no one picked that one up.

If it matters, Psalm 31 verse 21 is "Praise be to the Lord for he showed his wonderful love to me when I was in a beseiged city."

I was chillin in the sun at the pool listenin to this today, and he mentions the Lotusflower and Wall of Berlin in the song 2, I loved it
