what song is that music from?

It's not a Prince song, it's a piece of classical music...
Ravel's "Gaspard de la Nuit"

How did you know that? shrug

The Hard Rock Cafe in Minneapolis. The place is boring, but the window dressing upstairs has these Prince memorabilia. The cloud guitar looks just sad sitting there-not being played.

There use to be the coolest store down there...."Let It Be Records" I believe the name was. I use to find the best Prince stuff when I would visit the Cities.

Let It Be was a great indie store. I went to that place more when it was on Loring Park, because at the time, I was going to Minneapolis Technical Institute right next door. Sometimes I'd go the other way up Hennepin and hit Northern Lights - another great, defunct indie record store. Bought a lot of Paisley stuff at those places.

I pass first ave everyday on my way to school! Love the venue, you know there is a bigger star inside that says "Prince and the Revolution" only star inside the building. Saw my first concert there (Of Montreal) and saw Prince in concert there on 7/7/07.

Good record stores that are still alive in Minnie are Electric Fetus (35W and Franklin - http://www.electricfetus....&deptnr=18 ) and Roadrunner (43rd and Nicollet - http://www.landspeedrecords.com/ ).

Block E in downtown Minneapolis. Right across from First Avenue on 1st Avenue and 7th Street.
