But I'm still doubtful, just doesn't look like him to me. And I prefer to believe he would spell "Michael" correctly. Anyone have insight on this? (Apologies if this is old and has been covered before)

why would he be using a picture from 2004? because he's afraid he'll sue himself if he doesn't use one that's he doesn't own?
