Just Thought You May Be Interested Just got this link for a Special Edition of SPIN Magazine, that is supposed to have extra Prince material vs. the newsstand edition that came out a while ago. Like I said, just thought you all may be interested.

The CD download is other groups covering tracks from Purple Rain. There's a front page thread on it. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

The issue does contain the cover album your talking about, but I was told that this hard copy, issue also contains extra material (pictures, etc.) BTW, extremely interested to read about Prince being back in Minneapolis as I live here. My friend told me he saw him at a club called Envy...

There's a nice cover story in the magazine. It features interviews with insiders from the PR period. The pix are available digitally on a different thread. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Sorry, didn't realize they were available in a different post. Does anyone know if Prince still has his house in Shakopee? He was originally going to move to the neighborhood in my neck of the woods, but the stuck-up housing association told him he couldn't paint his house purple.

His main house was in Chanhassen, up the road from Paisley park. It's been torn down for a few years. To my knowledge, he doesn't have a house in Minnesota, but has living space in the Paisley Park complex. Band members usually stay at local hotels when working at PP.
