It's cool yeah. Takes you from For You through to Come/Black Album (94) with little bios and track by track reviews by Geoff Brown. It's more useful if your just discovering Prince's music though, otherwise it's just a curiousity.

I have a couple of versions of this book. One of them is packaged with an interview CD and is worth the money 4 this alone! It is from Detroit in 1985 on his birthday and it was a live radio broadcast.
here's a snippet form the CD... DJ (Can't remember name right now)- What is your favourite instrument? Prince- It's dirty Put yourself on the worldwide org map! www.frappr.com/princeorg

Jimmy:
Are you sure? The complete guide is just the book and the Interview CD is with Mojo, I believe. **************************************************

that's the one mojo!
I thought I was sure until U asked, then I ran upstairs 2 check it out! The book and CD package is by Jon Ewing, not Geoff Brown. I have Geoff's book though but that's not with a CD. I was sure it was the other way around as well!! Sorry 4 the false alarm! Incidently I think this was a UK only release and it's published by Carlton. Catalogue number is SAM 7009 Title is Fully Illustrated Book and Interview Disc. The Unauthorised Edition. I do have 2 different copies of this book though, each one with a different cover. Again... sorry 4 the mix up! Put yourself on the worldwide org map! www.frappr.com/princeorg

The interview was conducted in 1985. Prince also predicts that Jerome will be the next big thing in Hollywood! There was a whole series of books with Cd's published like this.
