"If U Let Me Undress U"

Forgive me my recurring ignorance of facts, but what's up
with this 'outtake'?

I never heard about this one before and as far as I can
recall it's not on "the work" either.

Is it Prince on vox or is it a song written for a protegé?

Or is it simply a fake?

Your memory serves you correctly regarding its absence from 'The Work' volumes.

According to Turn It Up 2.0 it was played during the piano segment in 1988 in Copenhagen (Aug 21) - as a 'seemingly ad-libbed bluesy number'. So there is no certainty that a fully-fledged song exists by this title. In fact, it states that there are only 3 lines sung.
ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.
