77 Beverly Park, Estate of the Day

Beautiful house, and the article said Prince was renting this house! I was looking for lyrics to some of Prince's music and typed in 77 Beverly Park!and found an article about the house beautiful Pictures.

I hate the study. It doesn't seem to fit Prince's persona.

I'm not a big fan of this house at all, the style just is not to my taste and as you say the study hideous, though I'm sure Pince has added his own touches.

We need to be careful though last time I gave my opinion about this place I was called out by a few other orgers. I suppose we're all expected to have the exact same taste. shrug
Some people are like Slinkies...

They're good for nothing but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

And here I always thought "77 Beverly Park" was just a made up address? I didn't know that was his ACTUAL address. Is this the house he is currently staying in right now? The one that org'ers visited for the opening of Lotusflow3r.com? That's some steep rent, I could pay my house off with two months of his rent! I thought he purchased a home out there and no longer rented? Renting is good, that means he hasn't set down roots there.

With this housing market, No way!!!
That's one hell of a kitchen.
One of the entry ways looks like the NPGMusicClub room.
must be nice to be rich, and with fans at every becking call paying your rent who cares about how much it cost...we got it! lol
I may come off with my head up Prince's ass...so be it! Just stop mistakin' my love for him as ass kissin, I just Love him.

Is it me, or does the layout and design of the house remind you of the old NPGMC virtual house?

My guess is he writes the rent off as a business expense. I bet this mansion is being rented by one of his many corporations.

i agree with u...they Decor is quite gaudy and out dated...like the Chair in the study and the wicker furniture???? im sure Prince Re vamped it..and im sure that Piano was replaced with a "Prince" piano...wink other than that..the house itself is beautiful..it has aloot of potential

It looks like a spec house. disbelief

For that kind of kale, folks generally want something with a little more character.

That is a gorgeous home.
Renaissance meets baroque;whereas, Spain meets Italy and Rome.

Lots of marble and granite.

One would have to have bare feet to walk on that marble and granite for sure.
Or, walk around with a cushion attached to their backside.

LOL.

Yes, "slip sliding away... slip sliding away... "

Great home - I bet if you sang a song it would echo a while with a nice ring.

Take care,
QuietSeven

PS: Beautiful (favorite room) the one with the books.

I'm bumping my questions, AND....

The piano is a tiny thing in the hallway. (for whoever asked)

The zebra rug has got to go! (and I'm sure it has) Ick!!

I wonder who lived there when these photos were taken? Vanna and her husband? Does anyone know when these photos were taken? (i.e. is there a way to tell when this house was listed for sale)
