For your information, one case has already been settled through the BBB with NPGMC. So no, they are not sitting at their desks laughing their asses off.

More power to them!!--they have every right and should pursue a complaint if they feel that they have been taken advantage of, or that they did not get what they feel they paid for. I haven't done so, but I admire them for going the distance and doing what they feel is the right thing. They won't win, but if enough people have filed complaints, chances are that Prince will get a new distribution company and might do better next year. It's a Free country, and I support these people (and Prince's music) one hundred percent.

What was the settlement?

The NPGMC is biased

The BBB is impartial to either. They listen to the complaint, and if they consider it reasonable, will seek a resolution. If the company under fire doesn't prove to the BBB that they have done nothing wrong, then the BBB will make note of the problem for others to see.

If you are overwhelmingly convinced that they have not used misleading advertising, misrepresentation, and other issues that the BBB handles, THEN THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.

If the NPGMC does get a bad listing as a result, it's not stopping any of you from joining again either.

u knew right from the start when u signed up that the exact date, delivery and amount of music u receive isnt confirmed u knew this so u cant simply turn around at the end of the year and say, i dont like it! u aint got nothin on prince he did his side of the contract there4 u must 2!
