Now to go actually read the poem, the thread title made me think this was a Tame joint.

This thread makes me feel all warm and inspired. So I wrote my own little love poem to Prince. It's not very good, I mean, I'm not as eloquent as the other poets on this thread, but it is straight from the heart:

Prince, I love you
Truly I do
Well, actually
Come to think of it
I don't.

In fact,
I think you're a bit of a cunt
Which is not to say I don't love your music
Or at least most of it
Because I do.

But really,
Who else has a website designed
And then takes zero interest in it
I mean,
What's the point?

Oh yeah,
I nearly forgot -
Seventy seven dollars
For three albums and some other old shite
That was the point.

If I'm honest
I don't really mind that much because
In Prince world you get used to disappointment
And I don't begrudge you making money
But for fucks sake

Why bother?
