I too wondered about whether or not Prince has leeches like MJ did. *(MJ's family first and foremost).
I care about Prince's wellbeing because I care about his music, and I want to hear new music for a long time to come.
Interesting that someone mentioned Mayte's maids, and yet his other ex has said nothing, nor have others from Prince's camp. I'm sure in the early days there were drugs and alcohol. Consider them Prince's college years. Is there anyone among us who didn't experiment?...if you say "yes, me!" you're not being honest, or you just haven't experimented.
How you come out of those experiments is another story.
Successful celebrities have money, which gives them access to drugs, exposes them to hangers-on, etc.
As far as I've read, (and I'm no LangeBleu) Prince is okay. The worst I've ever read about him was in Rolling Stone once, in which his cook said he has a limited diet including Mac n Cheese.

Prince is so far from being an unfortunate victim of his fame as MJ was.

the saddest thing is that out of the 2.8k views my thread has generated so far and in the many replies no one can point with any certainty and say that 'person X' is taking care of our man. Prince is fine or he isn't it is what it is. If the "hip thing" is true then he will slide, but lets be honest musically at his age we only have another 10-12 years of peak performances anyway.

I do have a feeling Larry Graham in his mind has helped him alot, its a older friend, older father figure he never had, a older brother type. Do I agree with it, no, but he seems to. So all I care is that he keeps rippin' off amazing guitar solos!

On this 4th of July, I am grateful I am American with the right to choose how to live and what religion to embrace. I respect his right to be a JW and worship as he pleases as I am certain he would respect my choice if I were in his personal circle. I don't recall his telling those who work with him that they had to be JW too.

There's alot more important things to get angry about other than Prince's choice of religion which I feel someone would have a problem if he embraced another faith. What would be acceptable for you?
