why are so many people recently commenting on how prince is taking
such bad care of himself and surrounding himself with negative
influences?

have i missed something?

let's not make this into an hysterical topic with hip or rib jokes
or disses on bria or whomever but let's focus on what we know.

i for one, don't know anything and am curious why the general opp
seems to be that prince is ill or not well at the moment.

People here take rumors from tabloid & celebrity gossip writers and run with them just like everyone else. With Prince its pretty easy to say anything because he doesn't communicate very often with the press via publicists.

From his most recent public appearance at the Apollo I thought he looked the same as he always does. To me he looked no thinner than he has since early 1990s, he strolled on stage with the cane over his shoulder, and fidgeted nervously with it while making his speech. He didn't lean on it or rely on it. He looks a little older these days (few more wrinkles and a bit baggy under the eyes) but this is sometimes hidden by I would presume make-up or photoshop if its a photo . He wears flatter shoes a bit more often than he used to but still wears and even performs in heels. I don't know what all the fuss is about sometimes.

i also didn't understand how people went immediately to hip surgery once
again when he was spotted with a cane. he's been sporting one on and off
