RUMOUR ALERT - Prince a no-show last night Not really much of a story but the Star Tribune in MPLS are reporting that Prince was potentially going to play a late night show at the Dakota Jazz Club last night but didnt show. As someone has commented (at the bottom of the story itself)it sounds a great way to fill your club but,that said, I guess the venue would make sense if Prince was warming up for Montreux.

No big deal, really. Rumors about X celebrity making an appearance at such and such place are common. And it's pretty common for the celebs not to actually show up. Could be that Prince felt MJ's passing would overshadow the event, as well. "I Was FINE Back in the Day!" | |

Considering that Prince is a hardcore Jehova's Witness, and MJ's mother is still a Jehova's Witness, I believe Prince will be saddened by the events and will probably have relayed this in private to her. | |
