I will say what I have always said about this topic.

I do not care if Prince (or anyone for that matter) is gay, bisexual, or whatever. It makes no difference to me. Nonetheless, The evidence from his music that he is completely straight is a slam dunk.

Concerning the lyrics of Diamonds and Pearls, I think Prince got a little lazy when he wrote "boy or a girl." He needed something to say before girl to make the rhyme work. It could also be argued that the song was not sung in the singers perspective.
In terms of the "humping," I think you are making a mountain out of a molehill.
