Well what is your idea of Loving to the 9's?

In my opinion...spontaneity would play a role...I would think that a lot of "Pillow Talk," would be a part of a day...Or yard talk under the apple tree...I believe in little love notes and kind words...The sexy stuff is all a 2getherness creation when it happens...With Prince, I'm sure I'd get more clever as time went on...I'd die with a love trick up my sleeve...

What do you do to keep the flame going in your ideal relationships?

I always liked that song..that line "listening to grass grow" came out the speakers right when me and my woman was laying around in the park..great song..i have no clever answer for your question..but keep it fresh, make many memorable memories for those stagnant times, yall can look back and laugh..whatever got u two together, maintain that focus (no not seeing the booty boom either!)..and build on it..that with a mix of constant communication and laughter and you will find luv 2 the 9's

This is one of my all-time favorite Prince songs. It's in my top 10.

Love is such an overused word today. I do it myself! "I love this song... I love that song... I love that movie... bla bla bla..."

... so it's refreshing to hear Prince challenge his lover to "Love him to the 9's"

Such a special song!!! And the compassion in his voice is magical!

I love this cut! 4 some reason, I would have love 2 c The NPG band of 2002-2004 play this cut live. Prince would have killed this live with this band! I would have love 2 have seen this played on the One Night Alone or Musicology Tour!
