When ever I hear a song thats live like Days of Wild or The Ride, everyone in the song goes crazy as if they have herd the b4. But I havnt, nor didnt know there was a studio version out.

Can anyone please list some songs that have been recored live and in the studio but the studio one wasnt realeased?

you already named two: days of wild and the ride . also empty room has
only been released live on an official album. and xenophobia. there's a
track from the musicology era called u want me that's on the alladin dvd.


there's also a whole list of tracks he did live but which haven't been released
either live or in studio format.

and tho i'm not sure if anyone has ever heard it, i'm sure there are quite a
few studio versions of prince and the band.

beyond that we can speculate at how far developed studio versions of songs
he did during the acoustic sets might be. stuff like 12:01, twins in my bed,
the rules and telemarketer blues. i've never heard anything about
there being studio versions of those. but you never know.
