If, in 2009, there are still double standards labelin someone as gay/straight based on how their dressed...
then I think the ppl that think that way need to open their eyes and their minds a lil more... cause they sure as hell can't watch a thug walkin the street and tell me for sure that he's straight, nor can they swear for a man in a business suit! We're in 2009 for Christ's sake! Prince said he's not gay and he's 'against' homosexuality. Why are ppl claimin to know stuff they don't really know?!

The majority of prince songs are about howmuch he wants to do a woman or how much a beautiful girl turned him down when she did not answer her phone or she cheated on him or she is married to another man but wants him to get with her.Bythese songs alone iwould say that he is not gay LOLOLOLO BUT.....One never knows | |

Let me openly address the Marilyn Manson issue, which has bothered me for years.
Okay. Prince has said he is straight. He's dated, and been married, to some of the most beautiful women in the world. Marilyn Manson, on the other hand, has admitted to being "bi". In fact, when I saw him in concert back in the 90's, he talked about being sexual with 14-year-old boys. Sure, he was just looking for shock value, but still... Prince has never gone that far. Trent Reznor was also rumored to have slept with Clive Barker. So, the white fans of Manson and Nine Inch Nails, who would proudly go to a Manson concert or sport a NIN sticker on their beach-jeep, are the same fuckers that say "Prince is a fag". What the hell? Oh, the irony! I think it is pyschological. When Manson dresses up like a woman and acts gay, you KNOW it is for shock value. You know that he is trying to stir things up and you know he's laughing behind the whole thing. It's ok for Manson to come on stage wearing assless pants, years after Prince did it. But when Prince did it, he did it with a straight face. It didn't seem like a goof. Prince blends femininity so smoothly into his daily life, that people believe it. Because he doesn't smile while doing it, people just write him off as "gay". It's like the jock that dresses up like a woman on Halloween. All the other jocks laugh WITH him because it's Halloween. Prince dresses like a woman in July and the jocks laugh AT him. Well, you know what? Prince got the last laugh. He wore eyeliner to THE SUPERBOWL. The ultimate jock-fest was headlined by someone who is "gay". Hahaha. Eat that you jocks. | |

I'm androgous at times but does that make me gay? Jesus Christ people you're gonna have to realize that people are always gonna think stupid shit about Prince being gay even after he's no longer living, we're just gonna have to just expect that and move on. Yes, it's annoying but you can't convinces ignorant people about the truth.

home work..go to the mall..pick 20 people randomly..and ask "Prince, straight or gay" then come post your poll : ) Did this for a laugh at lunchbreak. was bored and had nothing better to do. But It was fun. Got lot's of "who? Prince William, Harry, Charles, Edward (cough!)". Most people 30plus went for straight, younglings went for gay or unsure (but most had to be told who he was, which isn't good. . Pensioners, didn't have a clue, even with a picture. "He's the Prince of where?" etc but didn't want to label him besides he "looks strange"
