Under the Cherry Moon Phrases that should have been songs

I was just thinking... (which I do from time to time.)

There were so many fun and unique phrases in that movie. It would have been interesting to have had Prince turn them into songs.

For example...

Wrecka Stow.

This could have been a JAMMIN' homage to what Prince sees/shouldn't see available in "wrecka stows", and maybe he could have paid homage to James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, and maybe Cameo (a hot group at the time) and maybe riffed some funk, rock, and r&b soul in the same song.

Butterscotch, Chocolate, No way.

Slow jam possibility where Prince could have had a chicks with these names, but then said "no way" to them, cause he had a Vanilla woman waitin' for him back home. LOL

Isaac in the Mood for Drawls

Funk jam, with Prince singing and riffin' about what his boy Isaac is lookin' for tonight.

The Name Drips from Ones Lips

Slow ballad. The name of this song alone would make women cum, and Prince could swoon over his latest honey. (As I read that title again, this could have been HOTTT!)

I Need a Lifetime

HOT SLOW JAM! This could have been a burnin' song along the lines of Crucial, with Prince professing his love for a chick, and staying with her. (as if.) lol

Have U Eva Been to Miami Baby?

HOT HOT song with Prince riffin' about what he sees in Latin hotspots on South Beach in Miami. Amazing!

I Ain't Afraid of Shit

BURNIN BURNIN funk jam with Prince callin' out Rick James and other funk maestros. This song could have been in the vein of PFUNK. Slammin'!

Have You Ever Had Yo Ass Kicked for Breakfast?

Another funk jam. Smokin'!!!!

Tell Jonathon I Said Hello

Cocky funk jam braggin' about a woman leavin' his spot late at night and goin' back home to her man.

Meet Me at the Grotto When the Sun Goes Down

Insatiable type of slow jam.

Wait Baby, I Ain't into All That

Smooth little funk jam about some freak he met

(Don't mind me. Just reminiscing about some great UTCM quotes. But damn these quotes could make for some amazing songs!)

Punk, Punk, Punk --the title says it all, really.

I'm A Werewolf, Bitch --dirty, horny funk where Prince talks about what happens when the sun goes down.
everyone's a fruit & nut case
