Here is a thought i had today.I think it is a good topic too.
We all are familiar with Prince and his music.

We love and respect his musical influences over the years.

Well If Prince was looking for a job as a musician

1.Would youhire prince to be in your band? Why /Why Not

2.What position would you want him to play in your band? example piano,etc...
Why / Why Not

It could be more than one musical position.It could go deeper than a musical instrument.Would you want him to co write a song for you or to produce a song as wellas play in your band? OR

Would u want him to be srictly vocal? Just be a back ground singer. OR would you want him to have a variety of roles in your band.


Please think about everything you know about him and his works.

If Prince joined my band I would just bow at his feet and await instructions.

I'd restrict him to cowbell, but I'd give him a 10-minute solo on every song.

Oh, yes, Prince can play with my Band.

He would be lead guitar and resident Sea-parter.

I would be his Muse and He my Pharaoh.

We would compose together -- me lyrics, him melody -- interchangeable and interrelated.

I would dance to his music and he would sing to my soul.

I would book the gigs and arrange the logistics. He would fine-tune the arrangements, he has more experience and crazy friends ready to tear up the place after the gig is over.

And finally, when its all said and done he'd scratch my back and I'd scratch his and we'd be happier than two little kittens in basket of yarn.

Yes, I would hire Prince to be my Vocalist at my new, "Occapella Couch Lounge." He could stand or lay in any position He wanted 2.

I'd have him do all the moaning and groaning in the background the way he did his female singers back in the day, and I'd make him dance on stage like Mayte', Diamond and Pearl, and the twins did. How about what Wendy did in computer blue in the Purple rain movie? On your knees Prince.

If Prince need my help with a job,
I would make him my handy man
Give him a tool belt and nothing else,
and have him work that caulk in those hard to reach places

Now if Prince was looking for band members,
I have been dying to hit a triangle lately
