He then goes on to say something about the Honey Collective, who if you remember was some weird shit he made up recently where all the women are celibate and he's their mascot, etc... I recall Bria being one of the women in that little group...

I believe he is saying "Nat Cole is on the line" as in Natalie Cole. He worked on an album for her years ago that never came out due to "contractual problems" I think. I don't know why she could not come in though.
