Early Discography question

After a recent thread about org members' vinyl collections and another thread about which albums you own, I see there are a few early albums (pre For You) I didn't know existed. Can you tell me what they are called and the group name, so I can research additional information on them?

I guess they're different configurations of Pepe Willie's project.
He keeps recycling the same old tracks.

Anytime you find "94 East", that's it. It's just a name Pepe put on the project. There's some "Cookhouse" recordings that Prince was on.

Those were Prince on recordings before he got a record deal. But never on any released albums. Those recordings, as NPGSolider said, were released after the fact, I think the first time in about 1985 (94 East - Minneapolis Genius). Pepe Willie has rereleased those tracks over and over, with overdubs, and without, and sometimes as big as a two disk set. That's about the long and short of it.

It's also covered in the Org's Frequently Asked Questions:

Section 4.10
ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.
