Anyone got any large images of the original logo?

Was thinking of doing a t-shirt - not got a scanner so can't scan any vinyls...

That’s a fantastic logo, not only that, its associated with what is considered his heyday.

I think he should care about this stuff just a little more.
He can sell a whole lot of tees and other merchandise with that logo than the NPG 3121 or Lotusflow3r logos.

I would definitely go to his site a grab a couple of those, and the YES logo tees if they were available. Madhouse logo ones too.

If he didn’t care about the money, the money generated could at least offset the cost of his website or his favorite charity or latest female protege

If it is DEAD indeed, it could mean that it can be used by anyone without problem?
Maybe someone with knowledge of USA trademark law can explain this status and what it implies?
