Is it true that Bria is also #2 in sales??? It just sort of sunk in. No wonder people in "the machine" seem a bit miffed at Prince. He took her with him in total sales and we all know without him she'd never sell that many cds of Elixer. It's sort of a farce. He out smarted the system. How does it work? Anyone? Does she get counted in as #2 in sales as well as Prince??

But rather, Prince has ONE #2 record. Bria's just along for the ride. She's not listed separately. It's almost like she's a bonus disk or something. But her CD is part of the set as a whole.

It's like "LIKE OMG THE 80's" set. If it went to #1, does that mean all the songs therein, namely the ones which never hit #1, are now suddenly #1 songs 25 years after the fact? Nope.

It's just another compilation of 80's songs that Rhino and record companies like that put out. Prince has nothing to do with it, and there might not even be a song of his on it.

emancipation counted as 3 cd's for every sale...correct...so maybe he threw the disc in to increase his sales by a third or something(too early to figure out the math.)
