Kinsell originally said he hoped the concert fundraiser would set a San Diego record for the most celebrities in attendance. But then representatives for Tom Hanks, Sally Field, Eddie Murphy, Sarah Jessica Parker, Danny DeVito and Governor Schwarzenegger all said the celebrities had no ties to the Children’s Media Foundation or the gala. PBS and the producer of “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood” also said they had no association with Kinsell or the event. Oh, it's all good,man. I'm laughing about it.
I mean, I gotta tell it... In my D.C. years, I adapted quickly 2 D.C. humor, which is all its own. I hung with other musical cats back then in the mid '90s... Timbaland, Freddy (Federico Pena), etc, etc. The humor in D.C. is like your boys always trying 2 pull a prank on U. It's different than NYC humor, which its own 2. Well, I had all kinds of phone calls from my boys, doing dead-on impressions of anybody they could do. They NEVER fooled me. NEVER. Even the best ones.
