My favorite is a plain black half moon tambourine Prince gave to me at Mayte's 21st birthday party. I also have a black one with the gold symbol in the middle that I got from Mayte at a Paisley Park concert. I have a tambaracca that the sales guy at Glam Slam gave me, and a Parade tambourine and Purple Rain tambourine but I bought those. Also love my tourbook collection and 8X10 photos and posters. As I posted on another thread, I don't have much memorabilia anymore - but what I do have that I am fond of:
necklace and keychain (which can also be a necklace, albeit a very large one) . . . nothing expensive, just pewter or whatever was sold in the NPGMC store.
More than those though is the Interactive CD-ROM game. I don't have a computer that will play it anymore, but I can still access the videos and songs/song clips on it. (It's not the one with Interactive playable on a regular CD player). |

There were only about 50 people there. The Parade one is made of wood and the drumhead is white and has black paisley designs on it. The Purple Rain one is made of wood and is purple, no drumhead. If you want to send me an org note and tell me how to post pics on here I can take pics of them and post them if you want. Now that I think about it I also have a drumstick from Michael Bland from the Beautiful Experience filming. TRUE BLUE |

Being sensible, owning a set of the Lotusflow3r CDs they have still not been released here in NZ yet and someone today asked me who was the music by (Dance 4 Me) was on, and I said Prince, he said "Purple Rain guy, no way its too funky" they got the funky part right. Had to get them off Amazon, they make me very lucky.
Also discovering a Crystal Ball CD set for $30.95 NZ (US$18) was a real treat just before was a find too (I went into the store to ask about Lotusflow3r got that instead, spent 3 weeks digesting the grooves off CVrystal ball and then the Lotusflow3r CDs arrived that was a lucky time. So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time | |

I only really collect the CDs and keep the tourbooks/ticket stubs of concerts I attended. So I would say my tourbooks and tickets as they remind me very clearly of the night of that particular concert. Just somewhere in the middle,
