I think Prince would check himself around someone like Annie, and just let the music happen. There's tiny nuggets of evidence of that when you hear "non-Prince" songs like "I Love U But I Don't Trust U Anymore" with Ani Defranco. We're all wishing on a star for this one, but it'd be nice for his project next year, which he'll forget about 2 months after. lol (As a weird Prince tie-in, Dave Stewart worked with Candy Dulfer in the 90's.) | |
