Why must people assume every lyric is directed at Michael?
I don't think Prince thinks about Michael that much, really. Michael is famous, but at this point his notoriety has been eclipsed by the Lindsey Lohans & Paris Hiltons of the world. I would imagine 'too much fame causes spiritual decay' would have more to do with them and their lifestyles than Michael. Presently our culture is overrun with people who are famous for no reason, I think it's more a commentary about that, personally. | |
