Do you think the first single Prince has released for each album was the best song on its album, why or why not

As u can see most of the lead off songs were either the best song on the set, or near the top, even mediocre albums seem to have a good lead off single. Only Sexy MF ruins it and even then Seven and Morning Papers saved the symbol album

He previewed The Work (Part 1) on the NPGMC as a single download back then, so I'd say that can be considered as a single. The same happened to She Loves Me 4 Me too, though, so I don't know which one could be considered a leading single.
