we can funk i have been really listerning to the the 1986 demo version and the graffiti bridge version of we can funk and i have to say that the 1986 version is amazing! so personal and yet so brilliant. what do you think? |

I agree, I don't think I've heard a rework of any of the pre1989 song that I prefer over the original. his vocals are more prominent in the mix,especially when you listen to it with earbuds. | |

People keep referring to the 1986 version as the original. You do know that the it was originally recorded in 1983, and it's that version that was re-worked for Graffiti Bridge, right? | |

I think there's 3 versions in total .... Well, if you include all the differnet edits and mixes, there's a lot more than that, but there are two basic recordings, the two I mentioned above. | |
