Why Did Prince pick lotus flowers They are very pretty-wonder why P chose this flower? Very nice to look at

...prince chose 2 name his lastest collection after a flower..that 2 me is better than getting a bouquet of them everyday till i die..because lotusflow3r will NEVER DIE!..it is a cosmic-flower that has been around since the ancient-times..plus it is a lily(also starts with an L ...my flower is lily-of-the-valley..but my favorite flower is the sunflower..BUT i have always admired the lotus..it is so mystical..

Actually there is a lot of spirituality on the album. Sorry you don't hear it. I hear glimpses but don't believe it. What exactly is the "spiritual" truth he's supposed to be giving? Uploads and downloads?  How is the lotus connected? Other than just saying it's pretty how does it's spiritual relevance reflect on this ablum and not just conceptually but lyrically.

Its too bad he associated Lotus Flower with this album.
Lotus Flower is supposed to be a spiritual awakening and this album is a farce. Dont get me wrong, the music I like, but its mediocre and Prince has been doing medicore ever since hes been fighting with the record guys. We are just happy with what he gives us because he puts out crap so when its decent its like eating caviar instead of the chopped liver he's handing out. That said, he has the caviar in him. He just needs to release it.  | |
