i think your second list is an improvement from the first. i'd replace Musicology with The Marrying Kind/Man In Your Life and perhaps add "Here" as an example of P's more "poppish" non R&B ballads

I don't think they're going to convince anyone. Sexy MF is pretty well-known song, if you're going to avoid the hits.
