Dear Prince & The NPGMC,

1: Joshua Armour,18,Adelaide,Australia .....Please bring your tour,whether it be ONA or your next show 2 Australia & New Zealand.
We have done "The Work",joining NPGMC (tho myself am not a member currently) bought your music,videos,...your music i worship,your talent i revere,all we want is a few concerts here 2 see it in person.SO many fans who have not had the finances 2 travel overseas,2 PaisleyPark 4 the Celly (altho a couple of people on this list actually have travelled 2 PP 4 the Celebration),etc.... have not seen you perform live in person since 1992.
I started this petition in an effort 2 get support & show u that u have alot of fans here who love u & your music.The signatures here R from http://www.prince.org , a fan site i am sure u r aware of.These signatures r only people on there who want to see u (some people on this list r from other countries,who either have friends DownUnder who want 2 c your show,or people who have already seen ONA live & would like us 2 b able 2 xperience it also.Just imagine the amount of names we could have had if i had this petition in record stores,or on other sites. (i would have taken the petition 2 the streets but my printer has been out of commission 4 some time now)
I have become a fan of u & your music only over the last 4 years,& i have bought all your albums,listen 2 you rmusic everyday.It inspires me,makes me cry,scream,dance,think of that girl who drives me nuts,u know how it is....."...the beautiful ones,they hurt u every time"
One thing i wan2 Xperience in my life is be in your precense,have you play mean guitar just metres from me,gather with others who have been touched by your music,& whom i have something beautiful in common with.Perhaps talk 2 u,& just express how greatful i am for the music u have made. (hopefully Prince,u r reading this & u now know)
Mr Nelson.....please consider us,i am in Adelaide,so perhaps u would only do shows in Melbourne & Sydney,as they r Australia's 2 biggest cities,but i would be prepared 2 travel interstate 2 c your show.I am not a NPGMC member at this time,as soon as u announce those Aussie dates,i will be joined up2 your club,thats a guarantee!

5: i don't understand that prince went all over and is now busy in japan with the final of his world tour , he just can't avoid Australia because he doesn't wanna go, it must be another problem. prince if you read this , maybe accidentaly you ommited to plan to sing downthere , you got a lllot of fans waiting for you .
it should be nice if they could see the oone nite alone too.

Prince would make some serious cheddar if he toured Australia. He's highly (but quietly) respected in this country. There would be alot of non fans and casual fans who would go (the proof of that was the Diamonds + Pearls tour '92, where Prince broke ticket sales records for that time), and if he promoted NPGMC during each gig, he would see a huge jump in people signing up to the club (regardless of it's current troubles) from this end of the world.

Hey it could even have a great tongue in cheek title:

"One Night Alone Down Under"

when u look at that list of names,30 people from Australia on THIS site ALONE.
thats pretty good i say.

i will get the usual "we have no news of further tour dates at this time" message maybe...or something a bit more encouraging.
if i get something besides the usual message,i will be pleased.

I know DJ Dudley pretty well. We hung out in Tokyo and still keep in contact. He's a pretty cool guy. Im going to ask him if he can give me so info.
