It's a lot when you think about it. Wouldn't it be nice if he found a permanent label that really respected him and also marketed him well.

I think most of these deals he's done after Warners have been one-offs (or 2-offs if you count "Musicology" and "Planet Earth" both being on Sony/Columbia) for distribution where he owns the recordings and publishing, but has a label to put the product in stores.
