wait im confused...purple rain sdtk question... Why was the soundtrack and/or why is there not a version available that includes all Prince's tracks but also all of the other tunes by other Artists that actually appear in the film? as great as it is, it could have been even better - done a la the Girl 6 stdk. No, that would suck. It was smarter having them on separate releases. | |

No, that would suck. It was smarter having them on separate releases. It's a toss up. It could have been cool. If it were a double disk set, we might have had the longer version of "Computer Blue" and/or the other PR tracks. Think about it. Only 4 other songs would have been added, leaving plenty of room for longer Prince music. | |
