Nope, never said that, so please don't speak for me. What I said was that I am not going to pay $77 for an album I only had to pay $12 for. And a t-shirt, too, you say? Okay well 77-12=$65. When's the last time you paid $65 for a t-shirt? Uh huh, that's what I thought..NEVER. And whoever did is a fool. If he plays live, of course I'd pay. I know what I'm getting at a concert. I've been to his show before. I've also been to his site(s) before and THAT ain't worth the cashola. Although I'm not a Fleetwood Mac fan, I checked out their site. There's a LOT more going on there, easier to navigate and offers a lot more for free than Prince's cryptic password just to get in the damn thing. I get your point but we didn't just pay 77 or 65 bucks for one t-shirt smarty pants. we paid the site fee and we paid extra for a few LA shows so far but maybe not as much as you'll be paying if you try to get good seats for future shows through a ticket broker or ebay. I say this only cuz you didn't wanna join the site so good luck gettin a good deal on good seats. To Sir, with Love

Tame said: Think about what U are saying...$77 dollars...goes almost nowhere these days...It really is such a small fee for a yearly subscription...
Although...If U know that U are the type of person to complain about how U have spent your money...Why get the membership in the first place? It's similar to a group church thing...U give money happily or don't give it at all...because nobody here wants to hear the gripes anymore. If U love Prince...just be happy you are a part of a membership supporting him...I bet the people that complain...threw a hundred dollars down their throat last month on a Budweiser buzz. Ummm...no. Last month I paid bills and did what I could to help my mom. I ordered Prince's lastet cd's from target.com and that's all the $$ he'll be getting from me for the time being. I have just registered on Fleetwood Macs new official online Club at www.fleetwoodmac.com IT WAS FREE!!!! I get regular newsletters, access to music and videos, a chance to blog and post messages 2 the band and other fans as well as other stuff due 2 commence shortly, plus access to an awesome merchandize store!! I DID NOT HAVE 2 PART WITH ANY EXTORTIONATE AMOUNTS OF MONEY!!!! For a band of their calibre they could have asked for a very substantial membership fee!!!!! ONCE AGAIN IT WAS FREE!!! I also registered to their site.I've been a huge Fleetwood Mac fan for years and their site is cool. . [Edited 5/11/09 2:16am]

If I'm in the venue, it's a good deal on seats. I have a range I'm willing to pay for a concert ticket. Anything more, and I call it quits. No one is worth raping my wallet for. And I'd never buy a ticket from eBay (sounds ridiculous to begin with, and I hope folks don't do that, too risky.) So you paid $77 for the site, and you're STILL paying for a ticket to a show? Hmm yeah, good deal.

While I'm not butting what you're saying, NBC did not fill up 300 people in a studio, 3 nights in a row, (plus more perhaps on the Friday show) exclusively through LotusFlow3r.com
