Great movie with one of my fav actors Larenz Tate-no wonder Prince likes it. Also Larenz married Geneva one of Prince's dancers so I guess it's a love thang all around

Uh...Prince didn't come up with that. He probably heard it the way everybody else did in the 70s...in the song "Love Jones" by the Brighter Side of Darkness.

Damn I LOVED this movie and saw it at the MALL when it came out and rented it several times this and JASON'S LYRIC my all time FAVORITE MOVIES.
