Kiss was recorded April 28, 1985 in Studio CD at Sunset Sound.
Kiss was released February 5, 1986. It was certified gold May 5, 1986. Not sure about the video date. | |

I've got the 12", but don't feel like searching for it. I'm pretty sure that the website is correct. I have to assume that the video came out at the same time. What I always wondered was... he was still calling the group "Prince & The Revolution" But why did they make such an effort to not show any of them except for Wendy in the video. I remember reading the liner notes of the Parade album and noticing that the background vocals were done by Mazarati. Boy, did those guys kind of come and do. Is it me, or do most of his "protoge" artist not have any staying power. | |

I would think the video came out a couple weeks after. I remember it the last half of my senior year in 1986. | |
