I recently ordered a copy of the album from a PlayTrade seller, and a completely different CD arrived. The seller blamed this on the shipment they received, but I've heard that another PlayTrade seller is also shipping out a different CD when an order is placed for "Lotusflow3r", which doesn't particularly fill me with confidence with regards to ordering from another PlayTrade seller, seeing the hassle I had in getting a refund. Has anyone else had similar problems?

I've been putting off contacting Play because you know how it goes, they'll just tell you to wait the utmost maximum time allowed before informing them. But I think that time is fast approaching since I ordered.

I think it might be a case of them getting more orders than expected, maybe.

Be prepared for the worst. I can't explain how livid I was to see the wrong CD in the package after waiting so long!

I was sent the wrong CD too. I contacted the seller through Play.com and got a quick response saying they would ship Lotusflow3r as soon as it was in stock and in the meantime I should return the CD, let them know the cost and they would refund the postage.

The company that sent the CD had a different name and returns address to the one quoted in the email so I have no idea who I'm actually dealing with or why there was a mix up.

Very strange experience!

those deals on playtrade looked too good to be true....got mine on ebay from us seller for 15 pounds delivered....cant understand WHY prince hasnt got a seller outside america for this album ????.....especially in the uk after his great 21 nights concert success in london....doesnt make any feckin sense...

I ordered from Moviemars. Was it a K'Naan CD you received by per chance?

I stopped using Play when they started asking for my DOB just to use my credit card - too much information, they just need my mother's maiden name and they can become me!

Got an email back from the seller, saying they are still waiting for delivery from the supplier, which should be 'any day now' yadda, yadda, yadda.

tbh, I'm in no hurry. The price was good, had the lossless files since day 1 and tired of the album already, so when it comes it comes and goes on the shelf.

Still poopy that they state it's in stock when it clearly isn't. *shrug*

Just got the return postage refunded to my account from seller so it's looking positive.

I got the K'Naan (who must be having the best month of his career - hope he ain't gone and bought a house) CD too but from different seller so the cock up has to be further down the line. Loads of complaints on the feedback forums too...
