I'd bet that in his mind, he actually rationalizes that he's the victim in most romantic situations. I may be wrong of course, but I read that most people tend to do that. When they do something wrong, their subconscious tells them that they were justified or that the true victim deserved it. Otherwise, it would mean they're a bad person and people's brain usually won't accept that notion. Okay, I'm done playing armchair psychologist for the day. | |
