Just a quick thought. Prince showed people how to put on a show, an extended stay at the same venue in a town that's not vegas! Amazing when you think about it. Michael Jackson took notes and wanted that success and acclaim Prince received, I'm mad that we robbed of a chance to see if he could have topped Prince, in a way the preparation of getting himself in shape for his first tour in over ten yrs and his first performance of any kind since that 2001 special, may have cost him his life.

I wish I had seen Prince at the 02..and I had never seen Michael Jackson live either. I've seen Janet in concert. It's sad to have not seen many shows I would have loved to if the circumstances would have allowed it.

I'm happy that Prince has decided to hang out at a venue for awhile when he wants to perform. I hope that Prince does some things in the U.S. at some point.

MJ topped Prince in that he was able to sell-out more than double the shows Prince played. Also, this is nothing new..Bruce Springsteen was playing extended stay residencies in the 80's.
