Obviously this angel must be mean and capricious...why not cure other babies of epilepsy as well as Prince? That is, unless it enjoys the prospect of other babies siffering? Come to think of it, why wouldn't such an angel get rid of epilepsy in the first place? It would seem to have this power. Therefore, i can only assume it to be unkind, cruel and wrongly selective.

Is it not obvious to those who believe such nonsense that they have all their work left ahead of them? I mean, don't you people ever take the next step? Only when we emancipate ourselves from such stone-age fear and ignorance will we consider ourselves truly enlightened.

Very good point! We, as a society, are so accepting of Angels and God when it comes to 'miracles', but we never question why wars, diseases and natural disasters are allowed. Maybe it happens, because it happens. Instead of just assuming an angel of God intervened to help ONE person. I do believe in God, but I don't think he's that selective.

Good for you. We've all been thru alot, no doubt, we all have a story to tell. just maybe it's doctors, advancement and education that save our lives when we're really ill, not God or Angels.

Good for me? You really have no clue and it's really sad that you just chalk someone's life experiences up to just a story. The org needs to pray for you and pald1. My experiences and opinions are my own and how dare you chalk them up to just a story. It 's really sad that some posters on the Org are so ignorant and scary at the same time.

Don't pray for me. I'm insulted that you would feel this was even necessary. Although, you have the right to do so, of course. Just like I have the right to say that your belief is God is wish-fulfillment and without any consequence whatsoever.

Lord never gives us more than we can bear wink and yes I do believe in angels I happen to have five that have been watching over me since I was 6 years old-my family. You need to be careful what you say to people because you never know what they have experienced until you've been there.

confused confused confused now everyone is going to debate about how real angels are, and God, and if you can be healed....i think prince got what he wanted which is for people to debate the issues, and google things he brought up in the interview... i don't know why people get so freaked out? lol
i do believe in God, and i do believe in angels, but i don't have nothing against those that don't believe in what i do. we all have the free choice to believe in what we want to.
peace to all. peace

Scary? Is that your loving Deity at work? probably. all religion is designed to scare it's followers into subserviance.

can't you read between the lines?. Illness has affected me. I'm sorry i don't share the same mindset as you, but that is all there is to it really. I believe in something different to you, but that is all, my faith is in humanity, science and tangible reality.

There's no debate. Angels, like Santa Clause and the flying Spaghetti monster, do not exist. When you make such assertions, an intelligent person will at least ask you to provide evidence. I can't debate your belief in something. I agree with you when you say you believe in it. Only when you provide some evidence of it's truth will there ever be a discussion.

I deal with sickness on a daily basis and it affects more than the body-the mind also. Your faith is your own-not mine. Maybe you should take a second look at your mindset and re-eval why you are in the state you are presently in eek Look around you are still alive with a chance to make life better even though you are sick. I don't know what religion you have, but my God heals all.

Well, I'm not saying this angel is kind or unkind. I'm pointing out the flawed logic of believing in this entity in the first place.

The thing is, how can Prince remember what he has said and didnt say and 2 whom and who has said what 2 him going back to his childhood, particularly with the life he has lead throughout his almost 51 years on this earth!!!???. Unless he has an impeccable photographic memory!!! Hell, I cant even remember what I said 2 someone last week, let alone when I was a child, and I am the same age as him and I havent even led half the life that he has led!!!!!

Also, now that he has revealed that he had epilepsy as a child, to me, this answers a lot of questions regarding the birth and death of his baby with Mayte and the cause for the skull deformity!! maybe it was something else that caused the baby 2 b on life support directly after the birth!!!

You wait, mark my words, this will b all over the media by tomorrow morning!!!!
nod

What a moronic statement. Childhood epilepsy in a parent and Pfeiffer Syndrome in a child have fuck-all to do with one another. rolleyes
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Precisely.

If, forbid it happens, somebody picks up cancer, you pray surgeons are gonna save them, technology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy etc. Nothing to do with god at all.

That is totally rational, as a human being aware of what we can achieve in the 21st century. So far beyond that book, written by mere men, so long ago.

Also, where was this angel during the traumactic stillbirth of Prince's child? It uses it's power to cure Prince's epilepsy but can't quite bring itself to intervene to help the life of another innocent.

If you believe this nonsense then you also have to believe that this angel might be a little suspect too. At the very least, it enjoys using humans as playthings.
