I'm really happy with Lotus Flower. I think my favorite cut is 4ever... but it's probably Prince's best album (in my opinion) since the Symbol album, or New Power Soul.

But it made me buy a new copy of Lovesexy... probably because 4ever is such a happy and promissing song.

In anycase... Eye Know is an AMAZING song.

I've always enjoyed it. It's one of those Prince songs that you listen to, and get caught up in the spirit of it and sing along. I also love all of the jibber jabber conversation in the background that goes on in the intro.

Who knows what it all means... but Eye Know is such a good tune, and I'm not even a believer on that level. lol

The segue into Alphabet Street is also brilliant as well.

Just wanted to say that I'm very happy with the man right now... at least musically. When an album (Lotus Flower) makes you go back and appreciate what the man has done in his past (Eye Know, Lovesexy), you know he's done well.
