Pixius Communications, LLC partners with infinetivity, inc. to expand Internet service offerings in Minnesota

PIXIUS COMMUNICATIONS, KS (11/15/02) - Pixius Communications, a Kansas-based ISP, has finalized the details of an agreement to acquire the Internet, Hosting and Software operations of infinetivity, inc. a Minnesota-based ISP. The initial agreement was made on 08/29/02 with final details only recently worked out. The merger will enable Pixius to offer a broader range of Internet services and programming solutions to its customer base.

"After months of market research, we choose infinetivity as our Minnesota base", commented Jay S. Maxwell, CEO of Pixius. "We were very impressed with the infrastructure that infinetivity has developed. We plan on using infinetivity's software programming experience to develop new and exciting products to bring to market."

Gary W. Duncan has been appointed the Director of Minnesota Operations. Commenting on the new appointment, Gary stated, "infinetivity's programming strength and software development experience gives our company the edge we've been looking for. We look forward to growing all areas of the business, as well as introducing our wireless services to the Minnesota area."

Gary Duncan comes from an entrepreneurial and customer service background. As one of the co-founders of Pixius, he was responsible for and authored the original research that started the Company. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
