..man i just wanna say one thing about this thread..this past friday i saw the movie CRANK high voltage(man it was a crazy movie)..anyways in the movie there where these ESE..homeboys..cholos..they where crazy..LOCO,MALO and CHATO..anyways later that night i finally went out..u know 2 the spot..as i was mingle'in around the room..i met these SURENOS..from eastL.A...i mean they were fully decked out in pinstrips..stacy adams..zootsuited up..gootee and the works..even the 87 caprice they drove was ese-decked-out...well anyways my whole point of my post was when..at the end of the night around 4am..i was one of the chozen few 2 get invited 2 the afterset..one of the cholo's house..when we got there this guy had a complete gym in his basement(punching bag and all)..so they bust out the music and mind u..it was all california music...but i didn't start having a good time TLL..they bust out this one song and it had EROTIC CITY as the beat...OH MY GOODNESS..IT WAS SOOO COLD..i started 2 get up aND dance..man in 5sec i had EVERYBODY in the house party up on their feet moving and crip-walking all over the place...MEXICANS LOVE PRINCE AND HE LOVES US....

I am not trying to start some 'he is black!', 'no, he is white!', type of discussion here. We have had them enough in the past and most of the time they lead to nothing. But i have read several biographies about Prince and in a few of them it is mentioned that Princes dad was half afro-american / half Filipino, and his mother was half afro-american / half italian. So: those Filipino people might have a point there. 
When i first saw Prince myself on TV, at age 11 i think, Ithought he was Italian. So it seems I am a quarter right.. lol  [Edited 4/21/09 10:52am] | |
