Would love 2 C a Prince Based Musical on Broadway

Or even a another Ballet like he did with the Joffery Ballet...which I have tried for years 2 order and buy...his music creates such imagery that a musical format would B...I can't find the words 2 express ...such a passion-filled,insightful,seductiviness, an invigorating time-capsule, energic and wildly fun...in a musical direction remincent to "Movin Out" by Billy Joel ...it would be fabulous! Broadway would sell out every night during the run! crysball concept would knock people off their feet! sun brick

Prince has expressed interest in doing music for a stage musical many times.

The only way I can see it working, now, is if Prince has control, or at least it's new music. God forbid they ever do a 'Purple Rain: The Musical', where they look for the new The Kid on a TV talent show *shudder*

No doubt they've already made that offer once or twice, or thought about *double shudder*

It would probably be cheesy but I'd go to a Broadway play based on Prince. It's only a subway ride away from me so it would be too easy to get to. lol
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

this has trainwreck written all over it falloff
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I thought I read somewhere he had composed a musical that Mayte was in charge of and she thanked him from the stage.
