This topic has been touched on before but is still interesting. We've all been singing Prince songs to ourselves only to find out later that we were singing some of the lyrics completely wrong. What mistakes have you made?

Here are two examples from me.


In 'Lolita' the line goes

It's goin' down people like the Wall in Berlin

I thought he said

It's goin' down people, like a water balloon


Also, in 'Chelsea Rodgers' he says

Still got butt like a letter C

I thought he said

Still got butt like a leather seat


What are some of your mistakes?

I heard

I still can't make out all of the lyrics 2, "I'm Your's." I should look them up.
