1. Because, even in the 80's, Prince has rarely "sold" as well as U2 or Springsteen.
2. Because after 30+ years Prince is finally being acknowledged as and "all time great" by the masses, but is still not as mainstream or easily digested as Bruce or U2. "New Power slide...." | |

veteran Rock bands always sell well compared to other genres thats just a known fact its not only u2 or bruce look at metallica gun and roses (although chinese .. flopped) | |
